Not really a serious coffee place, but probably good if you don't care too much about the quality of your coffee. I asked for a hot latte and got a hot (barely) coffee with milk. The atmosphere is nice however.

Always friendly service. I usually order the same beverage, Starry Night, for my infrquent treat. Blended in the summer and got in the winter. However, I've been trying new coffee drinks and haven't been disappointed. Although it's made it more difficult to decide I typically ask about monthly specials or just blurt out whatever drink comes to mind when I have to order so I don't hold up the line. Today I ordered a chai latte with caramel. I highly recommend it.

I adore the employees at the hilltop location! Every one of them is the sweetest and always has a great attitude. I will go out of my way sometimes just to get my coffee from them because they always get it right. Shads as a whole is great, but this location is top tier!

In my opinion, THE only place for coffee! It has been my favorite since opening their first establishment in Jonesboro. I hesitate to say I am addicted, but have no other words for the craving. So happy there are now multiple sites to drive through for my drink and I have easy access regardless of which part of town I happen to be in. The employees are always so friendly, energetic and accommodating. They always appear to love their job and be happy to serve. The upbeat, customer focused environment is the #2 reason I prefer Shadrachs. That coffee though! Whew! Hits just right every...single....time!

Me and my boyfriend ended up driving to several coffee shops and were disappointed when they were closed. Our travels brought us to Shadrachs, which we have never tried before. Our coworkers swear by it, but we had never had it ourselves. Just upon entrance we were already sold from the vibes and the atmosphere. The environment was very welcoming and inviting. And the smell of freshly brewed coffee!! The lady who ended up taking our order (which she definitely could tell it was not our first time) was very pleasant and informative. I ordered the French vanilla iced large and my boyfriend ordered the mad shad iced large. Our orders came out very quickly and they were made to perfection. So good that we finished them before we even made it home!! This place turned our morning around for sure and we will definitely be returning really soon (maybe even today 😘)! Thank you so much for a such an amazing experience! I put five stars on everything but I wish I could put more!

The friendliest and most helpful baristas are at Shadrach’s. Their coffee is the best! You will leave here with a smile and want to come back daily. My fave is the iced coffee, my son loves their energy drinks as well as the strawberry crumb cake. Can’t go wrong with any of their drinks ❤️

I just have to say I have went to Las Vegas, Nevada and back and by far Shadrack’s has the best coffee there is no comparison. Not only do they have the best coffee. They have the best workers. Thank you so much for always having a smile on your face and making my day so much brighter
