Always friendly service. I usually order the same beverage, Starry Night, for my infrquent treat. Blended in the summer and got in the winter. However, I've been trying new coffee drinks and haven't been disappointed. Although it's made it more difficult to decide I typically ask about monthly specials or just blurt out whatever drink comes to mind when I have to order so I don't hold up the line. I adore the employees at the hilltop location! Every one of them is the sweetest and always has a great attitude. I will go out of my way sometimes just to get my coffee from them because they always get it right. Shads as a whole is great, but this location is top tier!
In my opinion, THE only place for coffee! It has been my favorite since opening their first establishment in Jonesboro. I hesitate to say I am addicted, but have no other words for the craving. So happy there are now multiple sites to drive through for my drink and I have easy access regardless of which part of town I happen to be in.
