The employees were very nice and welcoming! My main complaint and why there is a 3 star rating is because i asked for an assorted dozen donuts and received the worst possible assorted flavors. You’d think they’d give you a mix of every thing, nothing being the same. Not sure what happened!

Consistently the best donuts I've had in Jonesboro Edit- Forgot to mention how kind the employees are. I could not recommend this place more. :)
They have to be awesome donuts because the butter rolls were sold out before 9 a.m. I had a cinnamon roll and it was delicious.

My go to Shipleys! Always fast service and fresh. If you go frequently, like me, the workers remember your order ☺️ I always order the Sausage cheese and jalapeño kolache
This is my favorite Shipley's location in Jonesboro. Everyone who works here is very nice. They always have a good selection available and getting in/out of this location is much easier than others in town.
It shows it closes at 1PM online and in person yet every time I come they’re closed already.
