I had a DoorDash order. The receipt was sitting on the counter the entire 20-30 minutes I was there waiting. I waited in li e and when it was my turn, the lady working told me she had to wait on her customers before she could “deal with my DoorDash.” I asked her how long and she shooed me away like an animal. It wasn’t until the customer called the store that a baker from the back came up front and filled my order. She was not going to wait on me until people stopped coming in even though she’d received the order WAY before all “her customers” walked in and were served in front of me. She was very rude. The worst part is that it only took me 3 seconds to pick up the order once the guy from the back came up front to make it.

Every time I go there, I asked for the very freshest, glazed and chocolate. And normally I can get that. But here lately I’ve been cold. Which means the glaze falls off in my lap and all of my car. For $17 I would like fresh not out of the cabinet. And this was 6 AM. They should’ve still been baking not happy.

This is hands down the best place in town to get donuts, not just the location but all of the Shipley's in town are better than any other donuts you can get. They close around 1 pm ish most of the ones in town, so yeah around then they'll get old but if you go to work at 9 am and leave at 8:30? It's a great place for any breakfast you want because they don't only sell donuts. If you're a local and you don't go here you probably go to Krispy creme because it's a sugar overload
