The location in Searcy never disappoints! Any time we go through there I stop at Slader's. I always get the potato dumpling in a snack size, but the chicken is great too! My favorite way to eat them is Alaskan style. The spicy acidic sauces with cool sour cream and that pop of cilantro is an amazing combination. I was really excited to see them open a food truck closer to where I live! Going to try it this weekend. 😋

We were at the Yard doing a pickup and I saw this place and decided to order a couple flavors as an appetizer. We got 10 Alaskan and ten honey chipotle. The snack size was perfect for what we wanted. If you are going it as a meal order one of the two bigger sizes. Great texture and flavor! We will be back to try other flavors soon!

Tried this dumpling food truck for lunch and it turned out to be really good. They offer three types of dumplings and those are chicken, beef/pork mixed, and potato/cheese mix. The menu offers a couple of different ways you can have the dumplings and those are Alaskan style and Russian style. In addition to those, I was told there are some styles that they offer off the menu. I was offered a sampling of the dumplings and one of the off-menu sauces is honey chipotle, which I chose for my sample of dumplings. After sampling, I returned a day later to purchase a full order.

I order honey chipotle chicken and beef/pork mixed dumplings. The sauce was good and a nice mixture of sweet and savory while not being overly spicy. I enjoyed both meat dumplings equally and did not prefer one over the other. Each were served with a slice of rye bread as well. The dumplings are small, about the size of a blueberry, but you get enough in your order for them to be filling. They offer three sizes as well, snack (10 meat or 6 potato dumplings), medium (20 meat or 12 potato dumplings), and large (30 meat or 18 potato dumplings).

In addition to the dumplings, they offer the standard soft drinks, coffee, and teas. They also offer ice cream desserts, edible cookie dough, and marshmallows. Overall, great experience and good food which will be a nice addition to The Yard. Look forward to visiting again.
