Really disappointing lunch today. I was never served my food after waiting for almost an hour. I even noticed that they started to serve customers that ordered after me. Unfortunately. I had to ask for a refund and go back to work with no lunch. Their food is usually good, I just don't recommend them if you have any time constraints.

There are always, very nice people working there. They make you feel like they already know you. And, they're very helpful, patient and informative. The food has been great every time I've ever been. The quality is always on par with your taste buds.

We had never been here, and the lady who took our order was very patient and pleasant. I requested ketchup and salt, but none was provided. The chicken tenders had no flavor, and they were hard and dry. It looked like they sat out too long under a heat lamp. My spouse got the loaded bacon cheese fries, and he said that was delicious, except there wasn't enough bacon on it. It was way too expensive. In my opinion, Raising Cane's Chicken restaurants are a lot better. I was from out of state, but I won't be going back to Slim's Chicken.
