Why did it feel like I bit into a bone? Grossed out. If your fries weren't overly salted on top of this, I might consider coming back. Instead, I'll stick with Chick-fil-A, Checkers, and Guthries, at least for a year while Slim Chickens is on probation.

I am rating this as a dasher. I was there around 8 PM to pick up a very large order. They had it together except for the drinks. I was just trying to point out to this lady that there was more drinks than they were saying and she got rude with me for being behind the counter, in which I wasn’t. So I just told them to give me the whole order or I will unassigned and she said go ahead and I did. On my way back in she said and when DD calls I will let them know. DD doesn’t call they just pass it to another dasher. They may call DD, but DD will not call them and her rudeness was uncalled for. Not only am I a dasher I am also a consumer who will not be eating there!

My family went today. First time for us to try Silm Chicken. Our shakes was the only thing worth this sad 😔 experience. Our food wasn't even warm 😕 I took two bites. The food tasted old. Fries was sad with lots of salt. No fresh food smells in the air. The lack of cars in the parking lot should've be a clear enough warning ⚠️ I went to use the bathroom only 😑 to have some person push the door close & yelling at me. Please close down...

Really disappointing lunch today. I was never served my food after waiting for almost an hour. I even noticed that they started to serve customers that ordered after me. Unfortunately. I had to ask for a refund and go back to work with no lunch. Their food is usually good, I just don't recommend them if you have any time constraints.
Wait time 30 minute with cold food I order 3 different items and I can’t eat non thank you cook
