Most times hamburgers ordered are already too cold....or too much mayo or too much mustard stopped on.
Parking: Workers are young kids. Need to be more caring about food preparation and foods need to be warm.

Ordered ahead on the app, had to wait 20 minutes just for them to forget the tots. So then I had to wait 10 more minutes and they brought me tea instead of tots. I had to send all the food back and ask them to recook it because my food was cold. Service the past 3 months we have used this sonic had been horrible.

They had us wait a while for our drinks and the rainbow slush wasn't a rainbow it was all mixed up that the colors were gone.
The fried pickles where delicious but I also ordered a strawberry milkshake and got a vanilla with whip cream instead so always check your stuff to make sure you get what you ordered cause I went for a strawberry and got home and they didn't give it to me.

If I could give zero stars I would. Drinks were terrible as the syrup was out. Asked for fresh drinks and took at least 20 minutes to get the new drinks. We usually have great service here but seems to be going downhill.

I had the absolute WORST experience today!! I ordered my food and politely asked for everything fresh said it twice at that. Got my food the tots were old and I was missing a burger and two tots! So I called back in told them I was missing food and it wasn’t fresh so the manager came out and said he would remake the whole order so everything could be fresh. Not to mention he had on pajamas smh! I said and waited about 20-25 minutes the tots still was fresh it’s like they just dropped them back in the grease or something. So I’m thinking I’d rather have a hot burger than to worry about tots. Just to get home and the burgers were OLD and dry as day. So I called the store the manager tried to argue with me that the food was fresh! I told him I was coming for a refund. Get to the store another “manager” is in pajamas and the store was nasty! It was just a horrible experience -0 I would not recommend Sonic on Parker Rd of Jonesboro AR!!

I ask for a sandwich without egg. She repeated it back to me. I got home I had egg on that sandwich. Good thing I checked it before I ate it.. you guys do this all the time. It's been months since I got exactly what I ordered. What happened to your service?
