This place has disappointed me on more than one occasion. The manager got very disrespectful with me on the phone after they forgot my fries, the fries were cold. Then I got back to work only to realize I only had about 8oz of soda in a route 44. I poured it into a regular size 12oz cup and it didn't fill it up. They give way too much ice trying to cut syrup costsParking: Several spots available

They didn't give us a third of our order. Went back to get it corrected and the guy at the window blamed it on the manager being angry. I then waited 25 mins for a different guy to come out and tell me that their "autistic worker" (Their words) forgot to bring my order out and sorry it was cold. Guy said I could wait another 10 min for fresh to be remade, at that point the rest of my order was cold anyways so I just took the food. Best part, I checked the stuff they just brought out and it was wrong. I said the heck with it and left, just tired deal with the whole mess. This is the most poorly run sonic I have been too. Will not be using sonic anymore, I have had enough poor service to go back again.

As always, this place gets my order wrong. The only way to get your order and get it correct is to always go there yourself, double check and send it back twice while dealing with the horrible attitude of the workers throughout. It doesn’t matter if there are multiple people ordering, you still can’t just send one person to pick it up. If you don’t go yourself and do the above double checking, you get whatever they felt like giving you. This last time, against my better judgement, I allowed someone else to pick up my Route 44 cherry/vanilla diet Dr. pepper. I got a small root beer. Was charged for my more expensive drink, but got a small root beer. Of course I can’t take it back because I’ve actually had a worker there tell me they at least spit(if not more/worse) in everything that gets sent back. Don’t know why I’m even posting a review since they don’t care. Guess it’s at least a good vent…

My family loves Sonic! We can't wait til Wacky Pack Wednesday every week. MY kids look forward to Wednesdays. Always get great service and always have the nicest carhops bring out our food. Great food, great ppl at affordable prices. I would definitely recommend to friends, family, and strangers.

My Supersonic double bacon cheeseburger had no bacon but they added 6 pickles and mustard. Then when I called to the location they answered set the phone on the counter let me listen to them clanging stuff around then hung up on me not once but 3 times...

I have lived a few miles from the Sonic on Parker Road for years! I remember when it was built. I have always loved this Sonic. however in the last few months the service has gone to the gutter. I've currently been waiting on a Lg cherry limeade for TEN MINUTES that I ordered off the mobile app!!!! AND THEY'RE NOT EVEN BUSY!!!! so frustrating!!!!!!

The food was terrible- the tator tots were not done, the Dr pepper tasted like straight carbonation, and this is the third time I have ordered a cheeseburger toaster sandwich and it was made without BBQ sauce or the bacon. On top of the bad food they forgot half our order and we had to drive all the way back to retrieve it. I absolutely hate leaving a bad review because this used to be my favorite place to go, but the last three occasions we have ordered from the there the food has not been right and taste horrible.

Management needs to be trained more in regards to special needs employees or anyone with a disability instead of complaining to other employees on why you guys are short staffed maybe look at your management because they're the number one reason why people are quitting on you because of the way they're treating the employees especially those with special needs instead of helping those who need help they'd rather make fun of them
