The workers are rude! Always act as if they can’t hear on the headset as if the side conversations they’re having can’t wait! You have to repeat yourself over and over like come on now this a place of business not a social lounge. Do better please
You know I think if you are going to sonic you gotta know that it is hit or miss. I mean you may get the waiter who forgets everything and has to go in multiple times or you might get the waiter who put everything in the bag leaves you well taken care of. With sonic it’s best to find the one that is consistent for you and go there.

We were traveling and decided to stop here for lunch. First, the bathroom needed a key so my daughter (3) and I went in. There was no toilet paper, no paper towels, and no soap. The bathroom schedule was empty so who only knows how long since it had been cleaned. Food was out quick and service was fine, but instead of fries we got chicken tenders. My burger also had a HAIR in it. I couldn’t eat it after that. Overall disappointing experience.

Super rude staff member. The lady was handing me more than a handful of things in one hand at a time. My drink toppled over and spilled in my car. The staff member was nice enough to bring me napkins. But had a very negative attitude. Never apologized, didn’t offer to help. Went and told the manager that I spilled my drink. When it was her you couldn’t hand it off correctly. Nevertheless it was an accident and it was fine, but the attitude and blaming the customer made this a very poor experience.. attitude is everything!
They still have great employees, service and food!!! This was always our spot when we lived in Jonesboro!!!
