They've recently remodeled all of our sonics in town and hired more people. Service is getting faster but the food is just thrown together.

They replaced the outside of the sonic now they need to replace the workers on the inside. This is the rudest sonic I’ve ever been too. I always go back thinking maybe it will be different the next time and it never is. So rude and act like they don’t want your service. If I could leave 100 bad reviews I would. Less than 10 people in the lot and they wouldn’t answer the speaker. When I get out and ask if they’re open they are rude and tell me it will be around a 45 minute wait.

Service was great but the food is most of the time disappointing. When I order cheesesticks they are never fresh. Sometimes the burgers are good , sometimes the bread is stale or they've drenched it in sauce.

My first time to this Sonic. Very nice Associates! Clean stalls and parking lot. I do wish I was able to tip when I paid with a credit card. Osceola Sonic lets you add your tip when you swipe your card. Jonesboro Sonic does not.

We came at 9:00, they close at 11, and ordered food. They brought our food out and didn’t say a word handed it to us and walked off. Then we tried to call in for ketchup they kept answering the speaker and hanging up before we could talk. We moved to another stall and they answered and said “will you move to the closest stall possible” and hung up before we could reply. When we moved back to our previous stall they finally answered and tried to tell us to move again before we had to cut them off just to ask for ketchup which they then hung up on us again. We didn’t leave until 9:50… all for one wacky pack and ketchup. Then all of that for cold food. If you’re going to have terrible customer service at least serve good food..
