Wonderful BBQ, top notch service, great portions and prices! Favorite onion rings in town and love the okra! Owner even stayed late to fill call in order! Not too much smoke flavor, which seems to be common at many places! We love Southern BBQ Hilltop and support local!

I had placed an order for ribs and churro both was very good they called us to let us know that they didn’t place the churro in the bag they was. Willing to deliver to us at no extra charge technology has malfunctions I get it they went above and beyond we will def be back Thomas and Leslie are the ones I spoke with

This is my favorite BBQ place in NEA. Great selection of beers to go with BBQ done right. Today I had the pulled pork plate with beans and slaw. All three tasted perfect - even bits of BBQ meat in the beans.
My wife had fried okra and the smoked chicken with fries. We sampled off each other’s plates and agreed everything tasted great.
One thing I like about this restaurant is that the music is background noise and low enough that we can still converse in a normal voice.
The staff are all attentive and quick but without interrupting. I think it must be a local family who own and run it.
I like southern, Arkansas style BBQ. This is my place to go.

My wife and I got the brisket sandwich and it came out cold. Got one side which was coleslaw and it was in a tiny bowl like something you'd get ranch for your salad in and the drinks were just as bad. I asked for a Bahama mama and the grenadine was so thick it was stuck to the bottom and was made all wrong and the wife got a frozen margarita and it tasted like it was out of date cardboard mixer 0 out of 10 terrible place to eat

My family celebrated a milestone birthday for our brother at the restaurant and the food was amazing!!!! I love that they were very accommodating. I would definitely be back to Southern BBQ Hilltop!!!!

Food was really good!!! Wife and I order a full rack of ribs and when I saw fall of the bone, I mean you can pull the bone out of the meat as you picked it up!!
