I walked in to place an order for a Chicken sandwich. One cashier (who later said that they were both new) told me that I had to see the other cashier. So, I went over to her and waited for 15 minutes as she proceeded to walk up and walk off from the counter without saying a word. I finally got her attention and placed my order, I specifically told her no tomato on the sandwich and she even repeated this back to me. However, she still put the tomato on the sandwich. The first employee who told me that she couldn’t take my order, took other people’s orders who came in after me. The restaurant was out of absolutely every sauce. At one point, they handed a customer a cup and told him to get sauce off of the tables. The restaurant itself was not clean at all, floors were sticky and the drink station was absolutely filthy. I will not be returning.
FOOD IS OLD and hard. Staff has attitude problem. They where GREAT when they First opened but now not so much. In my opinion it is the WORST one in Jonesboro. The other Southern Chefs are Wonderful... NOT THIS ONE. Again Customer Service Suck, Big Time ... Attitude Problems.
We got delivery and it was awful. We got a Philly cheesesteak and they left off the cheese, tomato, and lettuce. The steak on it had big gristly chunks that were inedible. We got a patty melt and the “toasted garlic Texas toast” wasn’t toasted or garlic at all. And the melted cheese sauce was just a small circle on the bread. We’ve eaten at another southern chef location and it was good. This location was just a waste of money.
There food is Awesome..fish plates and burgers are great every time I go.
Nice people service was good
Scrambled eggs were runny not seasoned, fried potatoes were cold not cooked all the way through no seasoning. Biscuit and sausage gravy were also bland not seasoned. Bacon was the only thing worth eating. Will not be back to this location.
The people who work here are very nice and helpful!!

I bought some ribs from there one time and the guy said it would be 20 bucks when I get home I look on my credit card statement and they charged me $60 for some ribs that was only supposed to be 20 so I wouldn't recommend getting too much of their stuff

Delicious food. The best gas station food anywhere with the exception of Buc-ee's. The price is definitely worth the quality.
