We originally were looking for pizza, but we walked in it was a shock, the store was extremely clean and well organized and the food looked mouth watering! Friends got the chicken strip and was in awe. I ended up choosing the triple Chipotle bacon cheeseburger and was not disappointed!! Absolutely mouth-watering!! Best part was one of the workers hand makes the Chipotle and ranch!!! Will definitely be coming back!!

Toady around 10:15am I stopped by this gas station to have some breakfast, but they already had started their lunch. Even though the store was quiet busy one of the little girl on a cashier asked me to wait for 10 minutes to have my breakfast plate & exactly after 10 minutes she handed me the plate with scrambled eggs, biscuit&gravy and fried potatoes. The food was fresh & amazing. Great costumer service.

The customer service from the employees behind the register are not professional at all they over charge and is very rude. When a customer tells them what they want they act like the don't understand and do what they want. I came into the store on 07/26/2025 at 2:41 pm as I sit at the tables that's located inside to enjoy it. I started to eat and noticed that the meatloaf tasted kinda of spicy (which is not normal for meatloaf if cooked correctly) plus I can't eat anything spicy. Then has I noticed the spiciness i noticed that the food tasted off and as I spit the meat loaf out into the plate I noticed that it was raw and not cooked all the way. I am very disappointed and unhappy because I come in regularly from a long days work and spend my hard working money to support the business by purchasing a variety of items,lottery, and food just as well as other. To be honest I think the FDA need to investigate this because this can make people very sick

I walked in to place an order for a Chicken sandwich. One cashier (who later said that they were both new) told me that I had to see the other cashier. So, I went over to her and waited for 15 minutes as she proceeded to walk up and walk off from the counter without saying a word. I finally got her attention and placed my order, I specifically told her no tomato on the sandwich and she even repeated this back to me. However, she still put the tomato on the sandwich. The first employee who told me that she couldnāt take my order, took other peopleās orders who came in after me. The restaurant was out of absolutely every sauce. At one point, they handed a customer a cup and told him to get sauce off of the tables. The restaurant itself was not clean at all, floors were sticky and the drink station was absolutely filthy. I will not be returning.

FOOD IS OLD and hard. Staff has attitude problem. They where GREAT when they First opened but now not so much. In my opinion it is the WORST one in Jonesboro. The other Southern Chefs are Wonderful... NOT THIS ONE. Again Customer Service Suck, Big Time ... Attitude Problems.

We got delivery and it was awful. We got a Philly cheesesteak and they left off the cheese, tomato, and lettuce. The steak on it had big gristly chunks that were inedible. We got a patty melt and the ātoasted garlic Texas toastā wasnāt toasted or garlic at all. And the melted cheese sauce was just a small circle on the bread. Weāve eaten at another southern chef location and it was good. This location was just a waste of money.
