I completed a notary appointment at the Starbucks on Southwest Drive in Jonesboro, AR, and it was a great experience. Okay...I really don't want to do this but I've been going to this Starbucks 3 or 4 times a week for years. It keeps getting worse. 😿 I understand mistakes will happen and orders might be wrong sometimes but there is something wrong every time I go now. Last Sunday our card was charged twice, two days ago our chai tea tasted terrible and today my caramel coffee tastes like apple for some reason. We will not be back! Given too many chances. It's sad for us because this starbucks is next to our house and it's sad for them because we were good customers to them.

Ever since the Red Wolf location closed and they shipped that staff to Soutwest drive, this location has fallen off a cliff. From not opening on time, 86'ing popular items, long service times and crap customer service, this particular Starbucks shop has become absolutely worthless. Tell me I'm wrong.

Don't go to this Starbucks. Used to be good, NOT ANYMORE. They charge a lot and don't care about what they are giving their customers. They charged our card twice and mess up our drinks every time lately. Been a long time customer. Not anymore. Not cool!!

It's a bit too cold, and I don't mean just temperature-wise. Everything is glass, wood, and metal. Combine these acoustic nightmares with loud music, and sometimes it is hard to hear the people at your table speaking.

Other than that, this is my favorite Starbucks. 🫶

I’ve been drinking this Specialty Coffee for over 10 years and I know how it should be made. This morning, I had to go back and have my Watered Down White Chocolate Mocha remade and it is TERRIBLE! Whatever y'all are using, it is not the original. This is TERRIBLE. What is so hard about making this specialty coffee.,
