is was about a few weeks ago I had gone through the drive through and a young lady I think had long dark hair and glasses, had taken my order. It turns out my order had been made wrong and I had told her and she ended up cussing me out calling me old and would not take the drink back 😢 she was incredibly rude and just awful 😔

I started working at this store in 2015. Currently still with Starbucks in Seattle. Visited family & of course had to stop by my OG store! So nice to see the new remodel at this location & staff is so friendly!
Didn't have any coffee at 7 pm. It shouldn't matter what time it is. it's a coffee shop. They should always have regular coffee ready until they close. I dont want espresso in hot water.

Some useless person in charge of scheduling put only 1 employee and 1 training employee, on their first day, on schedule during the morning rush hours. I'm not blaming the poor overworked and understaffed employees but someone higher up. My order was 100% wrong and somehow made pre melted? I received a completely inferior product for far too much money. Is there no competent management?

First visit to a Starbucks after trying it at work. I was excited to try the sandwiches and cookies as well but this location was out of EVERYTHING. I was told this is not common at other locations. I’ll try somewhere else going forward. The drive thru cashier was nice but hard of hearing. He asked my name 5/6 times.
