If you don't want Human interaction this is the place. You use kiosk to order in which you have to enter your name but when order is ready they yell out a number and that was all of the communication . The food was decent guess could say best part lol
Service was just excellent. Food was absolutely amazing. I tried this Steak n Shake a few years back and it was horrible....I was hesitant to go. They outdid themselves this time. My server was kind and courteous. He was so nice, and the food was so good, I went back again today!!!
The self-serve kiosk aren't helpful. The touch screen wouldn't recognize touch/contact but thankfully Ms. Melissa saw my frustration and offered to help. She took our order and saw that we received our food quickly. The burgers were very good. The beef tallow fries were awesome. I am just torn about returning because the order screens weren't useful.
