I have gotten the same sandwich from this place a dozen times, and have never had a problem until last night. The employees were talking over each other, crowding the prep area with multiple orders. I lost count of how many times I had to repeat myself because 4 employees and 4 customers were all crowded in one spot talking over each other. The one doing my order didn't wipe the knife between cutting each sandwich. Each one had a different sauce and they all got mixed together. I have never had a problem like this there before. This time I got very sick after eating. My family will not be going back. How hard is it to take care of one customer at a time? When I asked for a little extra tomato on one sandwich the employee actually huffed, and rolled her eyes. Asked for light sauce, and it was a dripping mess. Glad there are multiple locations. Maybe the next one won't be so bad.

I went in at around 8pm after a workout and felt good but as soon as I walked in straight attitude from the employees you could tell they all were almost angry that I walked in and they had to make a sandwich which is crazy because that’s their job. They chose to work there so I don’t understand why they’re mad that they’re working.

16, 17, and 18 year old running the store, laughing and talking(slowing their work), they would ask what I wanted, then turn around and start a conversation with their coworker and I had to wait on them until they were done talking… And complaining about customers loudly after they’ve left. VERY unprofessional. I know they’re teenagers but very disrespectful and RUDE.

I don't know what in the world has happened, but their sandwiches are not even close to the size they used to be. They might still be a footlong, I'm not quite sure on that, I doubt it, but they are MUCH skinnier than they used to be. It's not even half as wide. My wife picked a sandwich up for me and brought it to me, and it blew me away how much thinner it was. It was a joke. I'll never eat Subway again. Their sandwiches are pathetic now. ?

I guess their toaster is broken. Past 3 times I’ve ordered from here, even when requested double toasted, my sandwich has turned out cold. Not room temperature but cold. The service is always nice but the sandwiches are very HIT and miss

This was one of the better versions of this franchise I have visited. The employees were respectful and prompt. The dining area was very clean. The food itself was just like any other Subway but that is why I know I can always count on a subway no matter what city or town I'm in. Consistency.
