One of my best Subway experiences.
Haven't frequented as much due to pricing and App issues.
This location was super. Google maps has trouble locating local stores.

Absolutely horrible business. I placed an online order. My card was charged from the app. For some reason app glitched and my order wouldn’t go through, but it was able to take my money. I showed them where my order was charged to my credit card. I said I could just tell them my small order if they would make it for me.They would not give me my food. They stole my money. Will never go back horrible customer service.

that girl with the black hair wish i was able to get her name was SO RUDE. whispering about a customer while IM RIGHT THERE. lucky my mind was on other stuff or i would’ve caused a problem… then walking off after i pay without a “have a nice day” please learn to hire people with BETTER ATTITUDES. thank you!

If I could give them negative stars I would. What is the point of having a drive thru If the staff is not going to answer it. I waited at the drive thru window several minutes with no answer. When I finally went it side three staff members are just standing around one on her phone and the others just talking. I asked the girl who fixed my sandwich is the drive thru broken she just said huh.

Stopped in on our way home from Alabama, they have the freshest bread ever.. and super friendly. The air conditioning wasn't working well but the young man and lady that served us were friendly through the sweat and heat.. Thank you for doing it right!

My phone was almost dead so I’m just now able to share my experience. My family went in 30 mins (9:30) before closing time at 10pm.
We had to bring our son in bc again you don’t leave babies in the vehicle… I sat his seat down that he was in and my husband and I wasn’t even able to get up there before they started taking our order. Felt extremely rushed and very much unappreciated for giving our money to this place.
-As a former subway worker; your ovens and stuff should NOT be turned off… and salads should continue getting cut and mixed like they are supposed to(especially if it’s requested). No one wants to bite into a whole slice of tomato or cucumber when you only get 4-5 pcs each…before closing time.
The fact I know what utensils they use….
I DO NOT APPRECIATE GETTING LIED TO.
I politely asked if there was any way of cutting it up…she automatically said they don’t have a bowl or anything to do that. You don’t have to have a bowl to cut tomato and cucumber slices….
From my experience working at subway: you mix all the salad ingredients into a bowl and use a meat cutter-spatula like utensil the chop it all up and mix together

So in reality she told on herself bc I never mentioned a bowl or mixing it.
Also they didn’t even offer to heat up the meat or anything… so our meat was cold.
We felt very disrespected so we didn’t even stay to eat due to the rushing they made obvious. CUSTOMERS SHOULD NOT FEEL RUSHED OR DISRESPECTED PERIOD! I don’t care who it is.
We won’t be back.

Came in at 9.35 pm closes at 10 ik it was late but didn't even heat up the food we ordered and when asked they said they were already down and cleaned wife got a salad but said they had no bowls or utensils to cut up and mix salad
wont be coming back again

One of the worst experiences I have ever had at a subway. I had an order for our office ladies which was 4 sandwich’s (6in) and 1 protein bow. I was told they do NOT take that many orders. I asked to speak to manager and another employee said he would go ahead and take care of it. The girl that refused to make my order kept rolling her eyes as if she was annoyed that I had order more than 1 sandwich. I’m sorry but I have never in my life in any restaurant have been refused service due to the amount of my order. Either they need new employees or new management that will decipline and teach their employees that customer service is very important and no one is turned down especially when their buying multiple sandwiches, isn’t the point to make money for your store since they are the ones cutting the employees paychecks. Definitely recommend another subway in the Jonesboro Area. DO NOT GO TO THE SUBWAY ON CARAWAY.. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

I ordered at the wrong location and they had already made the subs by the time I realized. I called the store and whoever I spoke to said he would eat the cost and refunded me so I'd say whoevers in charge here must be pretty decent.

I’m not sure who I spoke to, but I accidentally messed up my sandwich and I called them. They told me that it’s already been made so I was just gonna go in and re-buy another one because their app wasn’t working and the woman made it seem like as if it was a problem for them to remake it without mayonnaise and ranch instead. No problem I have the money I would’ve just paid why when I get home did the sandwich taste like soap and then it sat on my table 2 bites taken out of it for a whole day. I contemplating bringing it up there, but I was like no screw it.
