All ladies working today (3/27 at about 1:15/1:30) were so very sweet and made us a really great lunch. The sitting area as well as the food prep area all looked clean and stocked too.

2/26/24 1700 hours. Did not get a hello or how are you doing or welcome. Nothing. Fat black girl come over complaining to a young co worker about another co worker. Finally acknowledged me. Was rude. Threw the sandwich together. The young black kid did the same with vegetables. Tossed it in a bag. I paid and before the receipt even printed he took off to the back to talk to the other lady about the co worker they was talking about. Very unprofessional. Will not return. Management needs to do something.
Why is subway hiding making their sandwiches after marketing it as a big thing to see your food made by their "sandwich artists"? This may not be a local store decision but it is a mistake. You should think about what they're doing and why they've decided to hide your food.
