I usually go here when I get off of work since I work 4pm-2am and its the only place open and I was under the impression they close at 4am( and have been for three years now) After getting no answer at the drive through, I called the store and also got no answer. As im driving through again I can hear the workers yelling about me coming so late since they had the back door propped open. I went ahead and pulled to the window and when asked why they didnt at least answer the phone I got told they didnt hear me (keep in mind I tried the drive through twice as well) and that “it wouldnt matter anyways because theyre closed” at 2:50am. Definitely ruins taco bell knowing me and a ton of other night shift workers will get met with an attitude like that just trying to get food after a long shift

Was missing stuff from our order that I waited over 30 minutes for, they was very rude when I returned sit in the line again for another 30 minutes just for the wanna be manager to be hateful, made us show them everything in the car as if I wanted to be there wasting my time.

Ordered ahead online and arrived well before the time my order was said to be done. Was forced to wait an HOUR for my food, watching as my ticket hung on the line and no one even bothering to look at it as other orders who were placed well after mine were completed and handed to them. At the 45 minute mark, I informed a woman who was working about my order. She reprinted my ticket and hung it up but again, no one bothered to do it. Finally arrived home only for the food to be cold and soggy! This is unprofessional and lazy. As someone who has worked fast food for over eight years as both cook and service, never had to have a customer wait an hour for their food. Unacceptable.

Just went to this taco bell for the LAST TIME. everytime i go line is so long and takes forever. My order has never been right on the first try or even the second. I always have to settle for whatever they give me bc the line is so long and who wants to keep waiting in it for correct food. Someone needs to call the police on this place bc the way they run it is criminal. DO NOT RECOMMEND this place unless you wanna play taco roulette and get a surprise mystery bag.

very very slow, waited in the line for 30 minutes for one SMALL drink that they messed up to begin with. They need more employees so go apply if your seeing this
Just me and the hubby so we opted for a quick meal. We got there and it was kinda backed up.. nothing unusual as I joked about they probably only have like 2 people working because folks called in not wanting to work since tomorrow is the 4th and all. We finally get up to the menu board and were asked to please give them a moment, no problem we were not in any hurry! The lady comes back and gets our info (mobile order) very nice lady asks us to pull around. We requested that our Mexican pizza to be bagged alone and she said sure no problem! We get to the window and she thanked us for being so patient and of course we said no problem! She explained there were only 3 people working! I felt so bad for them because not everyone was going to be so nice unfortunately. Anyhow, we get our food and let me tell you!! Those 3 working tonight had it going on! Everything we “customized” was PERFECT! Our food was fresh and hot!! Best Taco Bell we have had in years!! I’m talking like back in the early 90s when they had taco salads good! So I had to come here and brag on the 3 person crew who worked the evening shift on July 3, 2025 because they were awesome!!!
