The manager yelling at an employee in front of customers was extremely unprofessional tonight. Food was great. But he did continue on out the door after degrading the employee in front of everyone.

Slowly becoming worse than the ones in West Memphis or Memphis tn. The lobby is always closed, Or at least half the lights are off, and the chairs are on top of the tables. Tonight I had a call in order That I placed 20 minutes before I got there There was no one at the restaurant when I got there and my order wasn’t ready Had to wait Another 10 minutes for my order And watch the lady microwave a bag of cheese for my cheese dip And then cut a hole in the bag to put it in the cheese dip cup smh This used to be an awesome restaurant And I remember someone who worked in the window who would actually rap your order back to you. The only reason I go to this Taco Bell Is because it is so close to the house And my family likes Taco Bell. Update: once we got home, the taco supreme was a taco with meat, no cheese, no lettuce, just meat 🤷🏽♂️

It's taco bell. Have to place order at kiosk which i believe is terrible service. Food service is slow and usually missing something but can say there's never a problem fixing it.
I got the Cantina chicken items, but without the spicy sauces, because I can't eat them, and they were AMAZING!

Slow horrible staff management doesent care because if they did this location would not have so many issues or making people wait over an hour for 10$ of food
Every time I go through the drive through I'm literally sitting there waiting for at least 20 minutes. They take forever to even ask what you want to order and then even longer to give you your food. It has been like this for at least a year, so I know it's not just one employee. Whatever is causing this, it's driving me insane. I can't wrap my head around it, I've never had this experience at any other fast food drive through but this exact one.

Every time we go through the drive through it takes nearly 40 minutes for maximum two orders containing two tacos and a drink each. Not only that, but this particular time we waited an hour. One taco was made wrong, none of the sauces we ordered were put into our bag, and they didn’t even give us the chips we ordered but did give us the cheese. One time I went and they gave me somebody else’s order and I didn’t notice until I was home and it’s not worth it to go back and wait for an hour. the food is good when they actually give you want you ordered tho.
