We were really disappointed with our experience at Tokyo House. My mom found a chicken bone in her chicken dish, which is something you never expect when dining out. It completely ruined the meal, and the staff didn’t seem very concerned when we brought it up. We used to enjoy coming here, but this experience really made us question the food quality and attention to detail. Hopefully they take better care in the kitchen moving forward.

All of the food was cold and tasted old. The rice in the sushi was hard. Flys were everywhere. The dessert bar had brick hard cookies. Definitely would not eat here again. Only upside is the employees were nice and our waitress was very attentive with refills.

Dont eat sushi in here ! My wife and I came in and ate a late lunch I had a piece of sushi , I had more but believe me 1 was plenty ! I came home and felt sick was up all night throwing up ! Pass this place up ! Wont be back .

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was the best we have had at a Chinese buffet. My husband had a little of everything and liked it all but loved the pepper chicken, my daughter inhaled the sesame chicken, and I loved the coconut shrimp. Everything was great, those were just our favorites. I highly recommend this place, the lunch buffet is cheaper than a fast food combo meal and it is actually great food.

I have no idea where the bad reviews are coming from! This place is my absolute favorite for an Asian buffet I've been to in Arkansas! Food has always been excellent when I go the fried fish is my favorite but I enjoy most of their dishes! Try it for yourself blows every asian buffet around out of the water imo!!!

Food on the buffet was good taste wise. But it was barely warm. We went at 6 PM, which is average time for dinner. Nobody picked up our plates when we went back for a second trip. I have never had that happen before at a buffet. They also don’t make their soup cups easy to find. Good thing I went with my nephew, because he told me where they were, since he’s been there before. Definitely want to go back again. Just hoping that the food is hot next time. If not, I won’t go back again.

Dirty floors, wherever you walked there was a sick nasty Velcro noise. Small buffet tables, what little food was on the tables had been sitting for awhile. Everything was soaked and saturated in grease. Even the egg rolls and spring rolls were just full of grease. $14.95 for the buffet.
Wouldn’t recommend, go to Hibachi supreme on red wolf, it’s superior in every way.
