I heard one of the workers talking badly about customers, making fun of how they look. Which is ridiculous!! And rude! Food was burnt all at the bottom and my smoothie was like water. Will not be returning or recommending whatsoever.

I love Tropical Smoothie sooo much!
3-8-25 The only thing that was strange today was that an employee was on a headset complaining incessantly about several different topics, including a co-worker, to whomever she was speaking. My daughter and I had chosen to sit at the counter to watch how they do things behind the counter, and rather than being friendly and acknowledging us, she continued to complain for a good solid 5 minutes. Her supposedly bad day kind of put a damper on our peace and quiet in the usually friendly and upbeat environment.

Order made wrong from drive through and you were closed by the time I returned. The workers were still inside and said sorry we are closed.
If you’re going to stop serving food at 9:50, then close at 9:50 not 10:00. I drove up to the drive through and tried to order. The attendant said, we close in a few minutes and are no longer taking orders. Horrible service, just go ahead and close if you’re not going to take anymore orders.
