Always check your tickets. They scam you on the prices. The menu will say that your meals come with something but when you get your bill there is an up charge for the thing the menu claims it comes with. Total scam. Check the prices on everything. All three items we ordered were more expensive than what was on the menu and they made no attempt to correct the mistake. Just said it was up charges for things it should have came with according to the menu.

Service was great but nothing really special about the pizza. The salad was large I ordered a half and couldn't eat all of it. They had a music 🎵 group there doing some singing while you eat. It's fine for a night out.

I am really disappointed in the decline of quality and service. I remember coming to Uppercrust with my family and friends a few years back and the pizza was delicious and the atmosphere so inviting. Today was unlike that nostalgic experience, over an hour wait for a simple pepperoni of subpar quality and practically ignored by our waitress.

The thin crust pizza is amazing. The server, Phillip, was wonderful. Also the Upper Crust salad was superb! Easily give the whole experience there 5*. Possibly 6*!!!
This is a lovely atmosphere! I can’t wait until its colder so that they have their fireplace on! Ambience is wonderful . It would be a perfect date place.
