The gentleman manning the grill was a real go getter. The food was good. He was very conscientious about keeping his station clean and organized. The young waitress was very personable and made certain my food was good and drinks refilled.
I had to eat at a Waffle House while in Arkansas, and we picked this one! Super small place, but the staff hustles! Food was hot, good and cheap! $10 for a big breakfast of eggs, bacon, hash browns and toast. I even left a $10 tip. Great first impressions!
Usually have a great experience with Waffle House but today's order wasn't so great. We had Cheese Steak hasbrown bowls and Texas cheese steak sandwiches. The bowls were good, a bit on the oily side. The sandwiches were awfully salty and oily. I will chalk this up to being busy but I will also rethink the same order again.
