My buddy Case didn’t get his Ranch when he asked for Ranch especially after being specifically asked “What dressing did you want with those nuggets”. I am disappointed. The manager needs to get down to this.

Ordered drive through last night 10/02/23. The lady was friendly, offered me the special. Did a good presentation. I was really hungry from working a long day and and when I bit into the burger the meat tasted off. It just tasted bad. I was really disappointed. As I drove home disappointed I thought that being in the food industry they had to have known the age of all their products they have. They must keep track for the safety of the public. It hit me at that point that they either didn't know the beef was bad, which is very bad in itself. Or they knew and served it anyway. Well, with knowing that there is no chance I'll be going back

We love the establishment it was clean my kid loved the drink machine we did not enjoy the long wait for our order but we loved how it was displayed in the bag we will be returning just hope the wait time improves especially since we were the only customers in the
Ordered a small Chocolate Frostie. Picked it up and drove off only to find it was Strawberry. Went back and replaced Strawberry with ChocolateIt was not frozen but was liquid.

I ordered a Big Bacon Classic Combo, 6 PC. Crispy Nuggets, and A Baconator through Door Dash. The Big Bacon didn't have any bacon. My fries were cold. I was very disappointed!

First of all, we had to place our order at a kiosk, ugh. Then they took their time filling it and got part of it wrong. Then we found out our food was cold, and of course no one bothered to explain or apologize. Subsequently we had to hear the complaints of every patron that came in after us. And what's with the floors, they were so greasy that someone my age could really get hurt from a fall. Management needs to get this place fixed cause it won't last!
