Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Salad was amazing. Chicken wings were fresh and not greasy. Prices are too high but ....I enjoyed my food.

Smells like marijuana and took forever to get my food no one was there I was first in the line of the people that did show up and watched five cars get food before me.

Came from Colorado where there isn't a single Zaxby's. They have the best chicken in the city and the sauces are always perfect. Would recommend to everyone.

I don't care how expensive it can be at times. Zaxby's overall has amazing food. It's always fresh and I have never had anything bad to say about it.

I’d heard that Zaxbys has great salads so, I figured, I like salad, I’ll try it. I paid $15 for a salad and a diet lemonade. They were both mediocre at best. I doubt seriously I’ll ever go back.

My kids favorite place after church!! Always good. Service may be slow sometimes but i feel thats the lack of employess not the effort ! But its worth it

Manager told me that I shouldn’t make such a big deal out of asking if they offered a military discount and that I’m just entitled. I already knew that Zaxby’s offered a discount as I eat there often because I work close by at the local Chevrolet dealer. I wanted to be nice and ask as I alway’s do and have never had an issue. I have called and made my complaint I’m now waiting on a response. I don’t want any free food or coupons. I want to ensure that the measures that this manager decided to take will never happen again to any other man or woman who is currently serving or has served in the United States military.

Everything is Zuper at Zaxbys. An all time family family place since they opened in Jonesboro. If you love chicken, fries, salads, or great fried pickles you should eat at Zazbys today

This location consistently, for all the times I've gotten it in the past 8 months since I discovered Zaxby's, had AMAZING fried chicken, freshly made, so hot and fresh that when I bite into it it burns my tongue and juice is oozing from the chicken, and it's beautifully crispy. Every time. That's rare from fried chicken places these days. I thought this was the standard of all Zaxby's locations until I recently ordered the same thing (Zaxby's signature chicken sandwich) at locations in Searcy and in Little Rock, I was so excited to satisfy my Zaxby's cravings, imagine -- to my shock, I was given stale mid fried chicken, at both locations! After, I came back to Zaxby's Jonesboro and ordered the signature sandwich, and was not disappointed by the great crispy, hot, fresh juicy chicken. Consistently great for the Jonesboro location. Trying Zaxby's at other cities made me realize I need to appreciate our Zaxby's branch here in Jonesboro, and come on here and write a good review. You guys are doing great.

Took forever to get our food, more interested in getting door dash orders out. There were a bunch of us customers waiting. Probably just lost a lot of customers. Need to definitely ramp up there service satisfaction.

I don’t know why I expected anything more from ya’ll. I ordered a Zaxbys plate and fried pickles. They pulled me up to drop the pickles. That’s fine, I opened the pickles and they were fried together in clumps. So one side was still half cooked. I was going to go in and complain but all they do is laugh at you when you do. They have the worst training ever. I only went back cause I thought they were under new management. But I will not come back. Guthries has better chicken. I just wanted my chicken tossed in a hot sauce. But I can make my own.

Do not go to Zaxbys today! We’ve been waiting over an hour for our food. Lady at the register was rude and you can tell she does not want to be here today. There is literally 10 people standing in line who had yet to be serviced. I thought zaxbys was supposed to be great food, fast service and it is absolutely NOT. Should’ve went to Chick-fil-A! 🫣😡
