Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I ordered my food online and I figured since it’s something simple like a chicken sandwich it shouldn’t take them long…everyone else that came inside has gotten their food and ate…a couple that had just came into the store got their food before me and I waited 32 mins for a freaking chicken sandwich…I will NEVER go back to zaxbys especially this location

I had never had a problem with this store but today was one of my worst experiences. I ordered my food at 11:56 and it was 12:26 I still had not received my order. I ordered the Cobb salad but they gave me the house salad. I ate the house salad anyway which tasted good, because I didn’t want to wait anymore. The lobby was filled with mostly door dash orders and people who called ahead. It seemed to me the staff was cared more about getting those orders in instead of the customers who were in the dining area. The only thing I liked about the atmosphere was there was Christian music playing.

Done a mobile order. Showed up when it was supposed to be done with literally Noone here and we still had to wait 20 min

I love Zaxbys. But this one I'm trying not to let ruin my feelings. Took a few minutes for someone to come to the counter and acknowledge me. I came back to the counter because they forgot one of our sauces. Nobody came up. There was a lady waiting for someone to take her order. She said someone walked by her twice and then disappeared. I went behind the counter and grabbed the sauce I needed and no one noticed. The food waa dry and tasteless. The fries are always the best though. First time I've been to that location and sadly I may not go back.

Came from Colorado where there isn't a single Zaxby's. They have the best chicken in the city and the sauces are always perfect. Would recommend to everyone.

I don't care how expensive it can be at times. Zaxby's overall has amazing food. It's always fresh and I have never had anything bad to say about it.

I’d heard that Zaxbys has great salads so, I figured, I like salad, I’ll try it. I paid $15 for a salad and a diet lemonade. They were both mediocre at best. I doubt seriously I’ll ever go back.

My kids favorite place after church!! Always good. Service may be slow sometimes but i feel thats the lack of employess not the effort ! But its worth it

Manager told me that I shouldn’t make such a big deal out of asking if they offered a military discount and that I’m just entitled. I already knew that Zaxby’s offered a discount as I eat there often because I work close by at the local Chevrolet dealer. I wanted to be nice and ask as I alway’s do and have never had an issue. I have called and made my complaint I’m now waiting on a response. I don’t want any free food or coupons. I want to ensure that the measures that this manager decided to take will never happen again to any other man or woman who is currently serving or has served in the United States military.

Everything is Zuper at Zaxbys. An all time family family place since they opened in Jonesboro. If you love chicken, fries, salads, or great fried pickles you should eat at Zazbys today
