Do not go to Zaxbys today! We’ve been waiting over an hour for our food. Lady at the register was rude and you can tell she does not want to be here today. There is literally 10 people standing in line who had yet to be serviced. I thought zaxbys was supposed to be great food, fast service and it is absolutely NOT. Should’ve went to Chick-fil-A! 🫣😡

Unfortunately suffers from "Face to face is hard- lock the door and make them use drive through and hour and a half before we close."

Either keep your doors open and close the close early. Not every wants to eat while driving at night. Slim Chickens keeps it's doors open so I'll take my money there instead.

I ordered chicken bacon ranch loaded fries with extra chicken(supposed to get an extra chicken finger) i just got less everything else and fries were undercooked 😢in the drive thru it fills the to go container inside it's a child's plate...every time I order anything extra I get less of the other stuff...although the flavor is over the top quantity is never consistent so I order extra only to get less

I’ve got to give a shout out to y’all tonight. I went through the drive thru, the lady that helped me was awesome, and I waited maybe 8 minutes. That wasn’t bad at all considering a bus pulled in at the same time I’m still not a fan of the chicken strips or fries, but man the traditional wings are awesome. Love the Buffalo garlic sauce too.

The cooks messing folks food up on purpose. I got a sandwich with exactly what I asked them to remove and none of what I asked for. Plus a half gallon of sauce all over the sandwich. If you’re mad that you have to work, then quit.

Placed an online order through the app that did not go through. We did not know that it had not gone through since it charged our bank account. Waited 45 minutes in the lobby for an entire cheerleading squad to order. Then found out the order did not go through, we then placed the order again at the restaurant. Waited another 20-25 minutes for the food, arrived home to find that the order was made incorrectly with two chicken tenders missing. We reached out to the manager with our complaints and he was extremely unhelpful, stating that we would need to bring the incomplete food order back to the location to receive a refund or the additional chicken even though they closed in an hour. Important to note that the manager is the one that made our order incorrectly and was aware that we had been waiting for an extended period of time. Service was extremely poor and workers showed a general lack of awareness and time management towards the customers. Also observed the cashier make her food so that she could clock out while we were waiting for our food. She was fully aware that we had been waiting for an hour. Overall a terrible experience and I would not recommend this location to anyone, go to Popeyes, KFC, Gutheries, Slim chickens, sharks, or honestly anywhere else if you would like competent staff to make your order. Lauren was the only staff member that seemed concerned with our wait time and checked on our order for us even though that was not her responsibility as she was on drive thru, thank you Lauren. We have filed a formal complaint and will be speaking to the franchise owner. Appetite was completely lost after this nightmare experience.

Terrible location! Almost every time I order here through the app the promise time is up to 30 minutes wrong from when the food is actually ready. Tonight I had placed an online order through the app, arrived for pickup and sat in the lobby for over 45 minutes before being informed the restaurant never received my order even though I had already been charged. After this I asked the manager on duty If I could re-order the food as it wasn't their fault the app had missed my order. After replacing my order It was another 30ish minutes before my food was ready. At this time there was nobody waiting in the lobby and I watched as employees began making food for themselves. I watched through the window as the manager made our order himself. After receiving my food I left without checking it and once I got home I opened my Mr.Beast box to see that they had only given me 2 tiny chicken tenders instead of the 4 that is supposed to come with the meal. After realizing the order was wrong I immediately called the store to try and get it resolved. I was told without bringing my food back up to the store there was no way they could refund my order. All they were willing to offer me was to write my name down and to replace the order at a later time . Overall, we waited over an hour in the lobby, got charged 2x times for the same order, and were given the food incorrectly. I would still like to have this resolved but I would be surprised If they responded by anything other than spitting in my face.

I waited over 25 minutes for my food inside. They served ONLY drive through while they had a lobby full of people. Service is always terrible. Would not recommend. I got my order refunded because I waited so long and then it was a problem to get refunded. I watched everyone in drive through and online orders served before even looking at our ticket, while having 10 people in line. This is ridiculous. Do better. She chose to put other as reason to be refunded instead of they took over 20 minutes to make the order, after rolling her eyes. Then I left and the drive through line was gone. Nobody said sorry or any explanation. Just other customers to tell them they’ve been here 20 mins. Not the first, second, it third time this has happen. Will not be back. Get better management and workers.

This is probably the worst chicken sandwich I've ever eaten. I assume it was an off night for the kitchen, but this sandwich features soggy bread and dry, cold chicken. If I wasn't so hungry, I wouldn't have eaten it. Every bite tastes of the regret of not just having gotten Taco Bell.
