So this bbq place was actually decent. The pulled pork was some of the best I’ve experienced in hot springs and just as tender. Outstanding pulled pork! I think the coleslaw would’ve added a little extra something to the pulled pork. The bbq sauce on the side has a nice base. The baked beans tasted ok with a hint of sweetness (needs some bbq added for smokiness) the potato salad was a standard mustard salad. Overall it’s better than most places in hot springs.
Stopped in on a whim, being from KC we really don’t eat BBQ when we travel. Ribs were already sold out so we went with a beef and a pork sandwich. Both good but the pork was excellent!! Add some coleslaw on top!!! Smoke ring on the brisket was so thick you could tell this ain’t no pellet smoker!!!
I've been wanting to check it out for a while now and finally got the chance so when I tell you if you drive by and see this place open, you'd better stop! Get you a BBQ sammich, you won't be disappointed!
