Big Poppa's is the epitome of the southern small town barbecue joint. They have a wide variety of meats and sides. The food I've always got was top notch. When getting the pulled pork family deal they included a bag of buns from the grocery store. Tasty "hole in the wall".
Love this place. Have made over an hour drive a few times for the great BBQ. Come early, it's made fresh everyday and when it's gone, it's gone, just like a good BBQ place should be! Staff is excellent!

Great price for the portion size alone. Flavor, texture, juiciness of the brisket was fantastic all around. We caught em on a slow day so there wasn't anything sold out. Great service and selection
