Sweet Treats in Lamar is SO much more! Hot plate lunches, lots of menu options, so many desserts and they treat you like family. It's a great place!

An excellent oversized weekdaily lunch joint that offers homemade breads, sides, entrees and desserts, and some of the tallest meringue pies you will find in all of the state of Arkansas.

I recommend using this spot for any event family gatherings, birthday, school reunion, or wedding. We rented this for our wedding. The architecture, will make any photo great, the chairs and tables provided cut a lot of extra planning out and the updated ac and heating will help regardless of the season. Owners are hospitable and understanding! 10/10 experience

Great lunch spot!! Wonderful desserts, don't take debit card heads up before you go.

I was excited to try the desserts here, but it wasn't a great experience. The dining room strongly smelled like the boarding kennel at a veterinary clinic. It was almost nauseating. It wasn't very clear where to go or order, and I wasn't greeted for several minutes, just looked at and ignored. I watched an employee from the back pull something out of the trash and then take it back to the kitchen. When I finally ordered, I was shuffled to the side so someone else could hurry up and ring out someone else, so I didn't feel like my money or service mattered here. The cake was good, but not something to overlook everything else. Overall impression: unclean and poor service. I don't think I'll be back here.

Great service, home cooked lunch of pinto beans and ham, cooked cabbage , fried potatoes, great cornbread. Amazing selection of homemade pies! Very reasonable prices and efficient, friendly staff. Two miles off the interstate. Serve from 11-2 pm only—cash or check, only.

Had a BLT. Was very good. The teapot everywhere was just plain fun. Liked the home town feel of the place. Charged for ??? Never received bill, but charged 21++ for a 15.98 for the special ordered.

We stopped for lunch and happened upon Sweet Treats. We had delicious creamy tortellini soup and the hamburger gravy special. We topped it off with incredible dessert. We recommend you stop without hesitation. The service was great and prices were reasonable.

Some of the best pies around. Always a great lunch special. These folks know what they're doing. I would recommend anytime for lunch. Make sure you pay attention to the times that they are open.

We picked up a possum pie that my wife had won in a raffle and took it to hunting club . It was delicious , and didn't last long . The crust was perfect and moist , topping was exactly right !!! Wish you were closer to Dardanelle ...
