I'm new to Lavaca. This is the 1st time trying this restaurant tonight. Wife and daughter as well. It has that country mom and pop feel I really like. I had the over easy burger, kinda like an eggonater from The Garage, but this was actually better. I didn't get the server's name, but she was an absolute gem! This place is going to be dangerous for me since I'm retired and only live a couple blocks away. Well, everything in Lavaca is only a couple blocks away....
Home cooked meals served by the sweetest wait staff. The want you to enjoy yourself as much as they enjoyed serving you.
Wheelchair accessibility: Sadly they do not have wheelchair wraps, but if you can get there early, park on the north end so you can get right up on the sidewalk. It's not the cafes faulty the property owner just don't seem to cage about

We’ve lived in Lavaca for over 2 years and have never tried this place. We gave it a go this morning and I’m so glad we did!When we first walked in the place was packed and we had to wait for a table. I told my husband that’s gotta be a good sign right?
