One of the BEST pizza places!! We normally get the Uncle Roman (like a true Chicago style pizza) but didn’t have the 25 minute wait time to spare this visit. A lot of times we will call in the order before we leave the house. We enjoyed our medium pizzas on this visit. Our son had the chicken Alfredo Pizza and we shared a supreme. Also, Steffey’s is wonderful to help with the different school functions!!
I get an hour lunch break. I sat down at 11:35 waitress didnt even acknowledge me for 20 minutes. The table I sat at already had their orders in. There were only 2 other tables that had patrons. 75% of the tables filled up before she even brought me a menu let alone took my order. People that showed up after me got their order taken and served 30 minutes before me and the table that was with me. I know for a fact only one of the tables were call ins. Staff was not attentive nor in any hurry to serve our orders. Would not recommend. This is the first time I've ever been here and it will bill the last

I’ve been here a few times and it always takes almost an hour to get your food when you dine in. It was a Thursday night, not really busy but there was a large group of people at one table. We were never checked on until we got our food, the gentlemen who checked us out lacked communication and manners. The food was bland. Also they don’t give military/ veteran discount. We went to Steffys today for lunch. Hadn't been in awhile so I was ready for my sub. When we pulled up there was one car in parking lot and I told my husband this should be fast. Was I ever wrong. We ordered a supreme sub and a cheeseburger sub. There was one other table with 2 people who had already ordered. So far so good. About 15 minutes after placing our order the waitress came out and said they should be done any minute.10 minutes later she came out and said sorry it's taking so long, "the oven is cooking slow". HUH? It was another 7 minutes before we got our subs. I think they cooked one and forgot the other one because mine was hot and my husbands was cool. I would rather if that was the case they would have been honest and gave him the opportunity to eat his hot. Food was delicious though but th wait was ridiculous.
