I’ve been here a few times and it always takes almost an hour to get your food when you dine in. It was a Thursday night, not really busy but there was a large group of people at one table. We went to Steffys today for lunch. Hadn't been in awhile so I was ready for my sub. When we pulled up there was one car in parking lot and I told my husband this should be fast. Was I ever wrong. We ordered a supreme sub and a cheeseburger sub. There was one other table with 2 people who had already ordered. So far so good. About 15 minutes after placing our order the waitress came out and said they should be done any minute.10 minutes later she came out and said sorry it's taking so long, "the oven is cooking slow". HUH? It was another 7 minutes before we got our subs. I think they cooked one and forgot the other one because mine was hot and my husbands was cool. I would rather if that was the case they would have been honest and gave him the opportunity to eat his hot. Food was delicious though but th wait was ridiculous.

Today was my final straw with this place. The last five times I came here I am waited on by someone who won’t even speak to you, I waited over an hour and a half for my food, and when I did get it, it was almost burnt to a crisp. The owner refuse to honor the discount because it would lose her money. Not to mention I always have to wait while people come in after me and they always get their food before I do. Will not set foot back in here or any restaurant in Lavaca again.

Got there at 3:30 27JUN24. No other customers where in there. Waited fifteen minutes at the table and no one showed up. Two kids were walking around, but no one waited on us, so we left. Been there several time before and was always given good food and excellent service.

They’re cheesesticks (with ranch OR marinara) are delicious. Best around. My husband lovessss the Razorback pizza sub. We’ve been going here for years and we will continue to do so!
