I just love this place. The food is amazing. The people are amazing. The location is amazing. Don’t skip the torta ahogada or the Cuban sandwich. My only complaint-the don’t have oatmeal cream pies every single day 😂

The restaurant is on the small size, so seating is limited.I was there with a group of motorcyclist and left very little parking for other vehicles. The menu is veried and the chef is excellent!

Great little place off the beaten path!!! Lovely place and simple menu but very good. Had the club with the spinach cheese dip for the side and wife had the turkey avocado with the same side. Both were amazing. Can’t go without having dessert. We had the double chocolate cake and the lemon blueberry cake. Both didn’t disappoint.

Have wanted to visit this sweet place for so long - finally made it today! We had the homemade chili and smoked brisket tacos - fabulous! Took home what looks like divine desserts - can't wait! This place was everything and more that I had anticipated. Our server was the sweetest and loved the atmosphere. Will definitely be back!

This is a cool little treasure truck away in Leslie, Arkansas. If you are driving to Branson, try to time a meal here. The town itself is small but unique. This restaurant has a old-house, coffee-shop vibe. The brisket tacos were great, as were the chicken nachos. I have full confidence in the entire menu. It's clear that they take pride in their product. Sorry I didn't take pictures. I was hungry.

Quaint little restaurant. Portions are huge..we could have easily shared a meal. Wait staff were welcoming, friendly and efficient. This restaurant was busy on a Thursday at 12:30 but we were able to get a table immediately and food was delivered quickly. Only complaint is that parking was limited so you may have difficulty finding a parking spot. The walkway is cobblestone and there are a couple of steps to the entrance so it could be difficult for those with mobility issues. This is our second time eating here when passing through. Although it’s been 14 years since our first visit & owners have changed, it is still just as excellent as it was the first time we were there.

The food at The Skylark has never disappointed me. This trip I had the chicken quesadilla and it so full of flavor and my leftover piece reheated beautifully. It will be hard to order something else next time. I highly recommend that you try the spinach dip for a starter. There’s no reason not to, you can take your dessert with you so you don’t have to save room.
