TODAY WAS NOT A HIGHLIGHT. EMPLOYEES TOTALLY IGNORED US. DID NOT EVEN GLANCE IN OUR DIRECTION. COULD NOT HAVE MISSED SEEING US. MORE WORRIED ABOUT CLEANING TABLES THAN WAITING ON CUSTOMERS. WE ARE FAIRLY FREQUENT CUSTOMERS AS ARBY'S IS FAIRLY CLOSE TO OUR HOME. SO DISAPPOINTED. MAY BE A WHILE BEFORE WE TRY GOING THERE AGAIN. THEY ARE USUALLY RIGHT ON THE SPOT, HAPPY AND HELPFUL. By far, this is the best Arbys I ever eaten, and the one in Eldorado, I also receive GREAT customer service at this one.

Had just got out of a meeting and looking for dinner. It was getting late, around 9 pm. First Arby’s we went to was closed before we found this one. Michael, the gentleman who took our order and served us, was amazingly polite and kind, and just a general pleasure to interact with. Our food was served quickly and hot and tasted delicious. The restaurant was clean and I very much enjoyed my dining experience there, and will return.
