I'm so sorry I didn't get the young lady name but she was so so sweet and nice when they service with a smile that's her she made two ice-cream cakes for me that was perfect 5 stars all day long
Everyone is really nice and professional. My only complaint is in the chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream. It’s made differently on days. Some days it’s just vanilla ice cream and chocolate chip cookie dough chunks. Other days it’s made with vanilla ice cream with chocolate chips and then cookie dough chunks. The plain vanilla with cookie dough chunks isn’t nearly as good as the blended one that has chocolate chips in it like the old recipe. That doesn’t change that...
We drive past the BR location closer to our home to go to this one. Not only are the staff always courteous, respectful, and professional, the establishment itself is always clean, well-stocked, and easy to get in and out of. They always have my pb&choc and daiquiri ice flavor, a fave since childhood & those chocolatey chocolate shakes are so good. Thanks y’all for keeping this customer happy & always coming back!
