The waiter we had was very rude and hardly checked on us the entire time we were there. When we requested a military discount he claimed he added it. We double checked with the manager and it wasn't. Rude staff like that will keep my family and I out of this restaurant!

I stood in line for about 30 good minutes, sat outside on a beautiful day, I ordered a root beer in bottle because, why not? I ordered chips and dip and it was delicious. The classic burger was ok the fries were thick and crisp. My glass stayed empty most of the time. I would still go back I feel like my next experience will be better based on reviews.

Took 43 minutes to get our food and bad service
I recently visited Big Orange West Little Rock, and it was a great experience! Normally, the burger menu has just two veggie options, but during my visit the veggie patty wasn’t available. The staff quickly suggested a replacement, I tried the falafel lentil sandwich, and it was absolutely delicious—flavorful, fresh, and well put together with house-made tzatziki and Sriracha. The house fries with BOB sauce were the perfect combination—crispy, golden, and paired perfectly with the sauce.
The food came out quickly, and the service was excellent—friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Overall, it’s a spot that not only delivers on taste but also on customer experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a tasty, fast, and enjoyable meal in West Little Rock!

Fantastic burgers (bacon burger) and shakes (Oreo milkshake). The State Fair fries were also very good and loaded. It looked like they had a pretty good selection of adult drinks. Fun atmosphere. Top 5 burgers in town in my opinion!

I used to be a regular customer at Big Orange, but unfortunately, the quality has gone down significantly. During my last visit, I ordered a salad with grilled chicken, but it arrived incomplete. I had to ask for the chicken separately, and when it finally came, it had no flavor. On top of that, they charged me more than what the menu shows. When I asked to speak with the manager, the server claimed they had already left — even though I had seen him working there. This was my second bad experience, as I previously found a hair in my burger. Hygiene, service, and pricing transparency have all declined. I recommend double-checking your bill before paying.

Prob one of the best burgers I’ve had, even the classic one is great! The truffle fries aren’t really worth the high price but the chips that are less money are awesome. The burgers are expensive but even the $11 classic one is super good! Atmosphere is super cool only thing is that both times I went the servers weren’t nice

Every bite I took was so amazing!! And the staff were great.
Unbelievable mustard
Was super excited to take my nieces here today as we had heard so much about how delicious it was. Ordered a regular beef cheeseburger it had hardly any flavor even the cheese had no flavor. The french fries were super salty and blah. My daughters chicken sandwich as awfully over cooked and dry. Everything was meh.

Me and my family, frequent big orange quite often, we usually go to the Midtown location. Our food was awful. My very not picky child even complained when we got in the car. We didn't even bother packing our food up. The meat tasted really off, and the sweet potato fries were so soggy and gross. I don't know if this was just an off day, or if something was truly wrong with the kitchen. I ended up getting sick that night and staying sick for 24 hours.
Our waitress was nice!
