I was treated so rudely by staff, Manager Will at that due to this first visit experience to this establishment I doubt I will return. My daughter who brought me here wanted me to try the restaurant. Upon ordering and paying over $64 for items I went to sit down. There was a rope hanging from 2 silver poles in front of the side dining area. The only table in front of these ropes had a man sitting at the table. So I went around the rope and sat at at table . About that time a man came with our soups and said, “ You went around the rope, you need to sit here” and slammed the soups down on the table the unknown gentleman was sitting at.I said there is someone sitting here, the man(Will) says and they need to be leaving . That side is closed we don’t have servers. And Will walked off. The longer I sat there the madder I got. So I asked for the manager when I left and the cashier told me that there was 2 a man and a woman. I chose to speak to the man, unfortunately it was the waiter/server that slammed my food down at an occupied table and told them to leave and me where I had to sit with people I didn’t know. I began by telling him he was very rude, made no eye contact, and very angrily said we always close that side at 3:30 because there is nobody to serve. I explained this was my first visit to this establishment how would I know this and nobody served me or waited on me besides you slamming my food down at another occupied table. I fixed my own drink and served myself and disposed of my trash. He then told me if I wanted to talk to the other manager (woman) that was on the phone help myself! Now I don’t know about others but no matter how good the food is with service and inhospitable as this business was they don’t have to worry about me returning again. I will be more than happy to share my experience with this business with others.

If you’re a type one diabetic like I am, this is the place to eat. All healthy and no added sugar yet delicious. Ooh my - even if you’re not a diabetic you have to try this place. So amazingly good. And the bread they make is Devine!!!

Downtown Dwellings

Boulevard is a staple downtown and we are so thankful you're here! We enjoy lunches and grabbing snacks or necessities for the weekend on our trips around the neighborhood. We celebrate every occasion with that fantastic chocolate cake and find as many excuses to walk through your doors as possible! Thank you for providing wonderful lunches for us through the year and being a reliable place to order something to impress- and at such a value. Christina, you're a wonderful part of this community- thank you!

Food was good, baguette was excellent, staff was friendly, but for a $10 sandwich i would expect more substance between the bread halves.

Good sandwich overall, but quite lacking on the avocado! Bit overpriced as well.

Ate here for Sunday brunch. The food was just okay, I’ve had much better brunch elsewhere. We ordered a chai latte, the Southern Benedict and Migas. The chai latte was overly milky and not very good. The gravy on the Benedict was cold, dish itself could have been warmer too.The Migas was definitely not what you’d think Migas should be. They served limp lukewarm corn tortillas and it was a very much build your own breakfast taco dish. Not Migas. Being from Texas, this dish was a huge disappointment.Taste of the food wasn’t inherently gross but wasn’t great, and not really worth the money for me. I doubt we will be back.

Opentable Diner

It was my boyfriend's birthday. Last night was actually the last night Boulevard Bistro will be open for dinner. We'd been meaning to go, but something always came up. Anyway, I'm super glad we went! The food was phenomenal, our server, Grace, was precious! The ambiance and mood were perfect! So sad to them stop serving dinner, but at least they are still open during the day.

Tired of everyone recommending this spot for lunch. I have had a salad, Greek plate, and sandwich and all of them were not interesting or flavorful.

I had one of the best meals I've ever had in Little Rock, last night! Boulevard excelled in every category! The swordfish was mouthwateringly delicious!!! It was the perfect combination of fresh fish, pasta, spinach, capers and just enough sauce to brighten all the flavors (not cover them up). I am not a fan of heavy sauces on fish : ) The service, wine and atmosphere were great too. WOW, so impressed!

Went for the first time today and will definitely be back! The service was excellent and the atmosphere was very enjoyable! The food was delicious! We enjoyed the bread pudding French toast and pimento cheese omelet. Looking forward to returning!
