Boulevard Bread Co. is a fixture of the Pulaski Heights neighborhood of Little Rock — deservedly popular for its excellent sandwiches, bread, soups, salads, not to mention its bakery with outstanding bread and a deli counter with an array of good cheeses, olives, cakes, cookies, brownies, and so on. Purchased an almond filled king cake. It was good but not my favorite. It is more of a bread texture than cake texture, a little tough, and the filling was very inconsistent throughout the cake.

This is THE best place in town for someone who likes bring a laptop in the morning to work and have some quality food or meet friends or for a quick business meeting. Its quiet, open, and has exceptional food. They are very 'green' as well. Hard to find places like this.
