Boulevard Bread Co. is a fixture of the Pulaski Heights neighborhood of Little Rock — deservedly popular for its excellent sandwiches, bread, soups, salads, not to mention its bakery with outstanding bread and a deli counter with an array of good cheeses, olives, cakes, cookies, brownies, and so on. For lunch, you order at a counter when you walk in and staff bring your food to your table. Evening meals have wait staff coming to the table and taking your order, with daily specials that are usually scrumptious. The atmosphere is pleasant, though the cavernous dining area and the loud conversations at many tables can make the place raucous and impede conversation. There's a small parking lot, but spaces can be at a premium at lunch time. There is, however, ample parking on nearby side streets and at two other parking lots only half a block away.I highly recommend the tuna paninis (pictured in one of my photos below), smoked turkey sandwiches, and the vegan hummus sandwich. Friends dote on the pastrami sandwiches.A few years ago, I took visitors from Los Angeles to lunch at Boulevard, and they offered high praise, indeed, coming as it did from sophisticated LA to little Little Rock: they said that they'd eat there every day if they lived in Little Rock.A bonus in summertime is a table in the deli-bakery section of Boulevard offering locally grown ripe tomatoes during the tomato season.

Purchased an almond filled king cake. It was good but not my favorite. It is more of a bread texture than cake texture, a little tough, and the filling was very inconsistent throughout the cake.

A great little restaurant. My wife and I loved it and spent under $ 20 for both of us to have breakfast.

This is THE best place in town for someone who likes bring a laptop in the morning to work and have some quality food or meet friends or for a quick business meeting. Its quiet, open, and has exceptional food. They are very 'green' as well. Hard to find places like this.

Only had pastries here. The bread is very fresh. Ordered a cortado and it was served like a latte, so perhaps we have different definitions of cortado. Lots of imported goods!Parking: Parking lot has about 15 spaces

I picked up a box of assorted croissants and pastries for my friends wife and we all enjoyed the treats. The croissants were very fresh which made all the difference! Friendly service and delicious baked goods.

I use pick up for best Greek salad in town with dolmas, humus, a nice chunk of feta & sweet red peppers. Used to always come with baguette slices but if I forget to ask, I don't get them ‍. The restaurant side has a minimalist, industrial vibe with concrete floors so noisy & not especially cozy. Daily specials get really good reviews.

The fillings for the sandwiches are slim. The BLT is mostly arugula, which is disappointing. I thought I ordered a lox bialy with cream cheese and it was just a bialy with cream cheese. It’s good food but not what we thought we were getting. Solid food, tastes good but yeah just not what we imagined based on the pictures and reviews. We’ll eat there again but maybe when we are less hungry. Parking is also gross.

It is my pleasure to sit in Boulevard Bread and Co, enjoy the best coffee in the area while I am working in my laptop. And if I am hungry there’s always a great Panini or Bialy with Salmon. Everything is fresh and the bread is artesanal!

Sandwich was nothing to brag about (Parma) and the Caprese was a subpar at best. They ask for $2 extra for fruit that I had to take back because the strawberries had gone bad. Come for coffee, lunch is a pass.

My review is not well rounded b/c I order the same thing every time. BUT, the smoked turkey sandwich on 8 grain is DELICIOUS. I wish I could make that bread at home. The turkey is always moist.

This has always been our go-to spot for coffee, brunch or lunch. Great assortment of artisanal breads and cheeses, a terrific menu with locally sourced ingredients (including vegetarian and vegan options), great coffee selection, and always service with a smile…two thumbs WAY up!Vegetarian options: The Vegan Salad and Vegan Sandwich are both amazing - so fresh, colorful and delicious!

Cozy contemporary cafe in Little Rock. Service is walk up on all days except for Sunday brunch. Walk in grab your pastries and order any coffees or other menu items. They'll eat up your fresh baked goods if you like and bring it to you with your order. People at the front are super friendly! The pastries are the true stars here. The coffee is on par with what you expect, and they're a little on the weaker side. Chocolate croissants was sooooo flaky, tons of layers. Avocado toast I ordered wasn't up there on my board. It's honestly the reason the rating is pulled down a tad. The bread is a great base that's toasted a little too far. Only a thin spread of avocado. Red onions are fine. The carrots with lemon drizzle are a different choice, worked out I think. I enjoyed the pumpkin seeds. But ultimately I would not order this again.
