The restaurant is known for its outstanding food, from appetizers to dessert, with special wild game dishes, seasonal heirloom tomatoes, encrusted ahi tuna, and Walleye in season. Recent reviews mention a great quick lunch with a five onion soup that had all five types of onions, from tiny green onions to large ones, with no onion left behind. A party celebrating a birthday enjoyed good food and a great view over the water, though some found the server's frequent reaching a bit upsetting.
