45 minutes and still waiting after going through the mobile line. We were told our order was given out to the wrong person, understood as accidents happen. That being said, it’s been 20 minutes since we were updated, and have watched 3 employees leave with bags of food for their after shift meals, zero sense of urgency or customer service. It would be nice to be able to write a better review however, upon arriving at the restaurant to place an order, I was informed that the beef, chicken and steak (basically everything on the menu) was going to take a minimum of 30 minutes. After confirming that everything on the menu other than rice and beans was going to take more than 30 minutes, I proceeded to leave only to find that at the front of the restaurant there was a group of employees standing outside chatting.
