The entrée was great. Service was great. Atmosphere was wonderful. The dessert is my only down fall, tried two of the items on the menu, neither were great.

Bottom line, the food is good but the service is slow and painful.it took about 15 minutes to get drinks and an hour to get our food. We had to ask for our kids food as the waitress forgot about bringing them. Not impressed, especially for 2pm on a Saturday afternoon. Oh, the hostess was not present and sub-par. If I owned or managed this place, I'd be embarrassed.

Very sad what I read here. I was looking for a new dining experience and stopped to view . After reading these and seeing a standard response from the company I will cross this off my list. If the posted Responses were from the location managers with possible corrections or explanations it might be worth a try but with entertaining guest I won’t gamble. Time and dates indicate these are unresolved continuing issues.

Went there last night on a double date. The service was slow at first. But then we came to realize that our waiters had changed for some reason. Later on before we got our dinner, the manager came by and explained why it had taken a little bit for our drinks. She automatically gave us a FREE spinach dip appetizer! That’s what I call GREAT customer service!! The food was delicious and so were the drinks! We will be back!!

I have always been a fan of Bravo! over the years for lunch and dinner. Their brunch, however, left me feeling less than satisfied. :( I ordered stuffed french toast and it was brought to me as grilled bread, undressed, with the thinnest layer of cream cheese imaginable. I asked the waitress about the fresh strawberries and whipped cream that was supposed to be on top. She took the plate and brought it back with a sloppy berry compote on top. Still no strawberries or whipped cream, and the syrup was ice cold. I don't feel that this experience is a fair representation of the restaurant and its service as I have always been pleased in the past.

WORST alfredo I have ever tasted! 1st time eating at Bravo!.Alfredo is my favorite. How does an Italian restaurant not know how to cook noodles!

Birthday dinner tonight was amazing! Pasta and sauce was fresh and delicious! Finished off with a birthday tiramisu that had an awesome coffee sauce. Excellent service from Josh and the GM Susan! Thanks for maling my special day even more special!

First experience for me. Eggplant parmigiana was excellent as was the ravioli appetizer. The portions and menu selections were generous. The female bartender that assisted us pre-dining while waiting on our friends was an absolute delight in her wit & friendliness.

Came here on Christmas eve sat 2 1/2 hours at the table before food or drink was brought. Watched several tables just get up and leave that were there before I was and hadn’t gotten food yet! Definitely not a holiday location!

Ordered Christmas Eve dinner take-out from Bravo. I placed and paid for the order online around noon for pick-up at 8:45pm. Because I previously had a bad experience where they missed an online order, I stopped by to make sure they had received it. Good thing as "it went to junk mail". The manager assured me my dinner would be ready at curbside at 8:45. My family and I got to curbside at 8:50pm, called the number and were told the food would be right out. At 9:05pm - no food - so I went inside. When the worker finally acknowledged me, she said she could not find my order. I asked her to please look again - she found it and said she'd go get it. She went back to the kitchen and came back with an order for a Grub Hub driver who mentioned he had been waiting for an hour. Now it was 9:20 and she said not all of my food was ready. I said I wanted to cancel the order. She said she couldn't do that because it was online. I asked to speak to the manager who said they couldn't fill my order because they ran out of some of the items I ordered. I gave her my credit card to have the charge refunded. She walked away with my card. At 9:35, I finally tracked her down and she said there was no way to refund an online order, but she "thought" she was able to credit my account. This was a snowball effect of incompetence that ruined Christmas Eve for my family. We returned home empty handed and ate a frozen pizza for dinner. We will never return.

The zucchini was a solid mass with no flavor, and I guess they were low on lemons- I have never got a lemon end. The pasta was tough. Sadly I have had better at OG.

Very poor experience on Christmas Eve. Went for dinner and neither the wait staff or the kitchen were able to keep up with the demand. We had been seated for 30 minutes before a very overwhelmed waiter came and was able to get us waters (in to-go cups). We couldn’t order a proper meal due to the huge wait times. Caesar salad was good, the lobster bisque not so much. The bread came out later, over an hour from when we were seated. By then we already had the check, we had no choice but to leave. Multiple other tables had to leave before they got food as well.

Very poor service and the food quality was disappointing. Short staffed and no visible management attention. Our family will not return.
