“Was here around 1pm. Staff were friendly, the dining room was clean, and my order was prepared correctly.
I was a little disappointed that Whopper Wednesday wasn't honored here when I asked, but I'm sure that's either regional or store decision. I believe I could have still taken advantage of it through bk.com .“
“Best BK ever at this location. I live near by and my Mom is addicted to her whopper meals. This crew and manager are always on top of their game!!! Always fresh, hot, good, right, fast, friendly, all the condiments are in there or I'm asked if I need any. I just love this team here and I really appreciate them treating me like they would want to be treated. U can tell when people care. “There is an older gentleman who works the 1st window collecting your money. I wish I would have gotten his name so that hopefully his employer would see this and recognize him for his good work. It seems he works the 1st window during the week during the lunch hours. I just wanted to give him a shout out, he has such great customer service skills and always puts a smile on my face. Every time I come through the line he is so professional and polite. Thank you sir for being such a good cashier and I hope you get recognized for your great work.“

“Renita was the cook today. She made the best food. She was doing so much work and asking Kim to help her. Kim did it was not her job. She was only supposed to check people out. Renita told her you are to drop fries. Kim said there she some. Renita said they're cold. Kim just stood and stared at her not helping with fries. She walked out and went to Chili's across the hall. Renita is amazing! Kim came back and just stood behind the counter. I asked her if she would appreciate this type of service towards her. She stood and stared like a spoiled child.After we got our food she walked out of Burger King leaving Renita alone again with people still waiting. Thank you Renita!“
“This is THE best Burger King in Little Rock, and may be the BEST fast food restaurant in the city. Their service is outstanding, and wait times are quick. Their food is always fresh and prepared well. Whether I go inside or to the drive thru I've always been impressed with the management and professionalism of the way this location is run. I've been going here for 27 years.“
