Cafe Prego

Good Italian restaurant and we were regulars there until my wife got diagongonsed with celiac disease and we had to switch to gluten-free diet. They used to have a dishes that were gluten free but they phased them out as they were unpopular. we love Prego's and visit at least once a month because it is warm and cozy and quiet enough to talk with your dining companions without shouting! My husband is a devotee of the Three Cheese Manacotti . Did I spell it correctly ? He can never order any other dish - try it !

Have eaten here for 20 years now. It’s always special. Very cozy interior. If they added candlelight it would be better. I always get the same dish - the cannolini with red meat sauce. It is about a perfect a dish there could be. It comes out piping hot from the oven. I love it. Some bread with olive oil to start and you have yourself a meal. You may have to wait on a Friday or Saturday. It’s popular even though the menu hadn’t changed in like forever....
