There cupcakes look amazing but they tatse even better. Everyone likes pretty cupcakes too. I didn't know about this place dispite living nearby for years, I will be dreaming of more cupcakes.

Overall my cupcakes were ok. They were decorated nicely! The cake was really moist but not sweet at all. All the sweetness came from the icing. I may be use to sweeter cake.

Packaging left much to be desired. I ordered through uber eats. One out of 7 cupcakes was missing. I was told supposedly that order should’ve been taped on box. I did not see tape on box. I also called to let them know. First phone call was not answered. They said to take it up with uber eats. For the cupcakes, the cake was moist and soft. Icing was lil on sweet side. There are better options out there. It is a miss for me.

These cupcakes are SO good, super fluffy and moist, the flavor is flavoring 🤌 the staff is very friendly and its super clean! Highly recommend!

I saw this place all over Little Rock Tik Tok recommendations, so had to come try this place after dinner with my family. My dad got the about $10 option where they split a cupcake in half and filled the middle with ice cream, which I’d say is worth $10 because it’s a 16 oz cup filled with ice cream and then like a $5 cupcake. I got the Reese’s peanut butter cupcake, and to be honest I was a little disappointed with the whole thing. The icing was thick and good quality, but it was heavy and the cupcake crumbled underneath it. It was extremely light cake- when you undid the wrapper, it just fell apart. This also didn’t taste good, when the textures were so contrasting. The peanut butter flavor is good, but is a little too sweet. My mom got the lemon and had the same issue- so sweet, and cake that should have been a bit more dense. I think that honestly, we would have liked these cupcakes more if the server was nicer, too- she had a bad attitude which immediately made me not like the cupcakes. It was on a Tuesday evening and it wasn’t that she was outright rude, she just seriously seemed depressed. I felt scared to ask her questions because I thought she was going to get mad at me, she’d answer in a tiny voice and seem annoyed. Then again, she was also scheduled to work alone and it was getting busy, so I get that. For the high prices, I’m just going to go to another local business instead next time.

All I can say is W O W! Let’s start with the customer service: Kaleb was very personable, friendly and warm. Liv was quiet but she became a little more outspoken once Kaleb introduced her. She was knowledgeable as well and we discussed the cupcake and ice cream options. These are some of the BEST cupcakes I’ve ever had and I am NOT exaggerating at all!! Everything about these cupcakes was great! The presentation alone is a FIVE!! We ordered a variety that consisted of: strawberry, cookies n’cream (may have been smores), lemon, red velvet, chocolate and a few others. NOTHING was a disappointment!! Mind you, I’m very picky about what I eat (especially bc I have alot of allergies) but believe me when I tell you…THIS place is worth a try!! I cannot wait to return! Awesome job Caked Up!! The only reason they didn’t get a five is because even though we ordered specialty cupcakes (which is all they sell anyway) we believe we were charged extra and we specifically requested cream cheese icing and they gave us a mixture of cream cheese and butter cream (weird, never heard of that). For those prices, we should’ve received EXACTLY what we ordered.

Many choices to choose from and ice cream options as well. Made an order for some birthday cupcakes and they came out perfect. Make it a point to stop by and give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!

Clean and quiet space. Simple and limited selection of cupcakes. Picked up two cupcakes, one cookies and cream, and one red velvet. The cookies and cream wasn't bad, I ate half of it. I ended up not eating the red velvet.

Customer service sucks!!!!! Few times I ordered from DoorDash they will cancel the order without reaching out to the customer seeing if they would like a replacement or different flavor etc. then they don’t answer the phone. EVERY-TIME I try calling so I can know what they have available they never pick up that phone. Then when it comes to DoorDash ordered they will not accommodate you at all and they say take it up with DoorDash what kind of business are you running. I never get any of my questions answered customer service is just terrible.

Excellent creamy and flavorful ice cream.

Staff was really helpful and friendly. Husband ordered the lemon cupcake and that was outstanding. I got the vanilla and I didn’t care much for it. Cake part was moist and pretty good but I didn’t like the taste of the frosting, too sugary

Best ice cream I've ever had!

I ordered my wedding cake here and this is what I got 🤣 they done had the lights off and their eyes closed writing that. They did fix it and give me a blank heart cake instead though.. I just thought they’d be capable of simple writing.
