Today I used the mobile app to place an order and just got in line to go through and pick up the order. It was very busy. A young man walked up to my car and said they were closed. It was 12:04 by the clock in my car. I knew we were expecting winter weather but at this time there was none. I had 2 small children with me. I wish there had been some type of advance warning that this was happening because of wasted time. I did go to another Chick-fil-

I just want to take a moment to share what happened to me while leaving Chick fil a the other day
It was storming very bad, I walk outside holding my 2.5 year old in one hand and her food in the other. I look out at the rain debating on how I should handle this.
When all of a sudden a nice young man named Robert looks at me and says “Umberlla?” Holding his up.
Not only did this dude hold his umbrella for me and my daughter while we walked to my car, but continued to cover us while I buckled her in, AND while I got in my car. That is some awesome hospitality and he deserves a shout out.

Waited in line 22 minutes for a 12 pc entree only. Got to work opened my order food was burnt. Not sure if they left them in the fryer too long. Service hasn’t been that great here lately. I’m not sure if it’s the evening time or what’s going on but it’s not looking good. Will definitely drive out of my way to start going to the Markham location.
The fries I got here today weren’t very fresh…but I tolerated them. Also, the team member that brought my food to my car didn’t say “my pleasure” when I told him thank you - kind of a let down 😔 if they work on a few things this Chick Fil A could be a 5/5, but I guess there’s always room for improvement.

I've eaten at this location many times but tonight I was quite disappointed. The restrooms were not up to par, and the service was horrible. There was one fellow manning the counter, whose face I could not see, due to his hair in his face. We got our order and it was correct. However, when I went to order an ice cream cone, I waited, and waited, and waited. I felt quite stupid for how long I waited in the dine-in line foreign ice cream cone. The drive-thru seemed to do great though.

Courteous fast service through the drive-thru, as always.
The food...... It was salty fast food...kind of reminded me of McDonald's or such which was disappointing. My thing about food is that I want to taste food not salt.sadly it seems 9 out of 10 restaurants over salt the food and you really can't taste the food you just taste the salt.
I got the breakfast biscuit. Historically i have gotten cobb salad and found it to be pretty good.
Dependably wonderful. Food is always hot and yummy. The lines can be daunting to see sometimes, but they move you through pretty quickly. I have been countless times and while I will hate myself later for saying this, my order has never been wrong. Kudos to great service, clean atmosphere, and tasty food!
Dietary restrictions: The grilled chicken nuggets instead of deep fried are sooooooo good and perfect for that quick chick fila fix without breaking the diet
