You guys need a complete shutdown and a month worth of training in employee behavior, customer service, how to fry chicken and work efficiently. This is one of the worst Chic Fil A’s I have ever been to and I have been to a lot. It used to be reasonably good but obviously there has been a change in management! The workers and managers need some serious remedial training!

In terms of fast food standards, it takes length of a full 90 minutes movie time to get your order pickup when your order mobile pickup (15 minutes in front of 3 cars).
Their excuse was short staff when they had 5-6 of working in the kitchen. Super slow.
You should learn thing or two from Chenal location where I get my food within seconds when I do mobile order.

Slowest chick-fil-a I've ever been to. Ordered ahead on the app as that usually gets you through the line quickly or let's you skip it. Not here. Had me jump in the large line, which is usually not an issue at chick-fil-a. The problem here is the double order line comes down to one lane after you order.

They had 4 people taking orders but only one taking the food out to cars. I had to wait 20+ minutes and thats unheard of at any other chick-fil-a. I usually avoid this area but figured I'd grab a quick lunch. Chicken was fine, but the mac n cheese was worse than frozen food in the microwave. I will be avoiding this location from now on.

The last couple times I have visited the standard that chick fil a has set for themselves has not been met in the slightest. I’ve had something wrong with my order the last 4 times I’ve been to this location and I’m not getting anything complicated. The employees give attitude and seem bothered when asked to do anything my any of the customers. I’ve switched my chick fil a location because of how bad this location has been for not just me but it seems like everyone I’ve talked to.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. The employees were rude. The wait times were long. I have never experienced this at chik fil a before. We paid for milkshakes, waited forever, and then we were accused of not paying. Will not be coming back.

Today I used the mobile app to place an order and just got in line to go through and pick up the order. It was very busy. A young man walked up to my car and said they were closed. It was 12:04 by the clock in my car. I knew we were expecting winter weather but at this time there was none. I had 2 small children with me. I wish there had been some type of advance warning that this was happening because of wasted time. I did go to another Chick-fil-

I just want to take a moment to share what happened to me while leaving Chick fil a the other day

It was storming very bad, I walk outside holding my 2.5 year old in one hand and her food in the other. I look out at the rain debating on how I should handle this.

When all of a sudden a nice young man named Robert looks at me and says “Umberlla?” Holding his up.

Not only did this dude hold his umbrella for me and my daughter while we walked to my car, but continued to cover us while I buckled her in, AND while I got in my car. That is some awesome hospitality and he deserves a shout out.

Waited in line 22 minutes for a 12 pc entree only. Got to work opened my order food was burnt. Not sure if they left them in the fryer too long. Service hasn’t been that great here lately. I’m not sure if it’s the evening time or what’s going on but it’s not looking good. Will definitely drive out of my way to start going to the Markham location.
