Food was decent, staff was disorganized. . I only say that because as I waited, there were 3 orders that could not be found because the person taking the orders was entering guest names differently then what he was being told I believe my order was under Ray? Haha ya but maybe just a hearing problem or something cause I'm Clay,? lol
I was really surprised. Chick-fil-A is known for great, friendly, welcoming service. That's why I was surprised by what I saw there. The guy in front of me in line asked if they had any sandwiches already made since his flight was about to leave. As they were preparing his order (they didn't, but didn't tell him that), the cashier was talking very audibly with the kitchen staff, and they were both seemingly mocking him for asking that question since it is so fast...
