I like going to Chilis for lunch. It is moderately priced and I haven't had any issues in recent visits! I think the servers hours get cut, if they get bad surveys. Walked in and stood there, just my wife and I, for at least 4 or 5 minutes before we were greeting. The hostess decided to seat a family behind us before she seated us, and tried to be sneaky about it by grabbing menus and walking away and then signaling them from around the corner.
