We went to pick up our weekly chipotle meal ..when we got there at our pick up line a very rude Laura making our meal did not have it ...I asked for a manager who came out after 5 minutes ..Wendy had to look up the orders and then our meal was prepared ..a total of 20 minutes of waiting and a extremely rude cookLaura...this place has some serious management issues and it never seems to change...Come on chipotle

Service was little off- we weren't greeted when we entered and multiple employees walked past where we were waiting to get our order taken before someone finally got to us. Food was pretty good.
The staff was so nice the food was sooooo mediocre !

Store was trashed and it was not busy. Staff was friendly but the front of the house was bad. Came back an hour later and not 1 clean place to sit. Napkins got refilled while I was there.

We went to this location driving from Morgan which is over 20 minutes away to order our food and upon arriving they said they were only doing online ordering. We are severely disappointed. It’s a waste of time and upsetting.

It's Little Rock. My expectations are always set to the lowest bar. Hahaha. But this place (this location) in LR rises above the rest. I've always had a great experience at this store. Friendly staff. Above average taste and quality of food. Somewhat clean.... I dig it.
