Very comfortable, relaxed atmosphere! Brisket burger with bacon jam was phenomenal! Pulled pork was really tender and juicy. Sausage was one of the best I've had in a long while. Turkey crumbled under a fork. Ribs were okay, maybe a little overcooked. Beans were not as molasses-y as we'd like. Corn "pudding" was the unexpected surprising side dish I didn't know I needed!

Staff kept apologizing for the wait and seemed very rushed, although...

This place is special. I was visiting from Florida and picked this place because it was close, it was a gift from above. Highly recommend the brisket, all the sides were delicious! The owner, who was there early, let us in to talk his ear off about the menu. He was so sweet and helpful. Please check it out for yourself! The bar was pleasant and friendly, the pit was incredible.
