The lady at the counter was absolutely sweet! I've lost hope in customer service when in Arkansas and she all but restored my faith in fast food! She was apologetic because they didn't have the banana pudding jars yet and spoke loud enough for us to hear her instead of the usual mumbling. And my son was super excited that they actually had the cups. The only complaint was it was hot in the restaurant, it wasn't unbearable.
