The owner is such a rude woman. She is nice to the regulars and puts a smile on her face to the guests but turns around and snuffs her nose at them. She has been in business for a long time but that is bc she has good food and a bar. You can't even start to learn a waitress or bartenders name before she fires them. And she needs to get with technology and leave the pad and pen to waffle house. Lousy woman has 19 year Olds running the restaurant. How pathetic when a customer says oh well what happened to the other 2 girls from 2 weeks ago.

Best catfish in town. Came back a few weeks later, and I reiterate: BEST CATFISH IN TOWN.Parking: Parking can be dicey if they are busy.
as a restaurant owner myself, i decided to try this place despite the multiple bad reviews only for them to be proven right. i ordered their catfish sandwich with okra and slaw. the okra was the only thing edible. the fish was rock soild and had no flavor. and the slaw didn’t even look like slaw, just dried out cabbage. there was only two servers on the floor and one said she had only been there for two days and she was better than the other. on top of that, the other server that had been there longer, stood by the bar and just chatted with the bartender the whole hour i was there waiting on my food and only saw her leave the bar once and she only walked around the restaurant once, didn’t stop at any tables, and then went right back to the bar to chat. what seems to be the owner (i might be wrong) was really rude to not only the server that had been there for a short period, but also me as well. needless to say, i didnt tip in store, overpaid for my inedible food, and offered the new server an assistant manager position at my restaurant in hot springs. save yourself the time and money.

I just had a driver wait 25 mins for a single Club with no sides. It took around an hour from the order. I watched the driver the entire time on app. Not only is it terrible service but it costs the driver other stops. Somehow it took that long with about 5 people in the place. The excuse when I called was that they had a large group but that is a weak excuse when no one is there and its a single sandwhich. They ended up messing the order up after all that and it was a single sandwich. That is embarassing and terrible service!

I order food and got the wrong order and I called the store and I ask to speak to a manager and the person that answered the phone took my and told me she gone give me a call back in 15 minutes so I waited for them to call me back and it took them 30 minutes to call back and I called them again and the same person that the first time answered again and when it answered I ask to speak with the manager she said she was the manager and she couldn’t remake the order because it was on Uber eats I will never order again from here very disappointing used to be my favorite spot not no more !!!!!!
